Location: NC, SC, VA, TN, GA

Travel: Up to 50%
Salary Plus Commission: $85,000 – $140,000
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must have the ability to achieve projected annual contract revenue as well as forecasted profitability goals.
- Work with and communicate clearly with the president of Webb-Harrell.
- The successful candidate will be an individual who is a self-starter, works independently, and has a positive sales “can-do” attitude.
- Research, prepare, and submit complete demolition and abatement bids based on company profitability and competition in the marketplace.
- Work closely with customers and clients to understand their specific demolition and abatement needs and build accurate cost models for meeting those needs.
- Read and interpret bid drawings, bid specifications, contract terms, and scopes of work.
- Possess strong computer skills with experience in Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to develop asbestos and lead abatement cost models, take-off quantities, etc. to bid asbestos abatement and lead abatement projects.
- Understand and categorize hazardous materials and their associated costs to remediate, transport, and dump/dispose of those materials.
- Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Ability to complete continuing education programs, study, and pass tests for general contractor license(s), state abatement credentials, OSHA certifications, etc.
- Ability to work with all levels of management, both above and below.
Education/Experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university. Highly competitive degrees will be in Construction/Engineering/Business. 5+ years of estimating experience in the Construction/Demolition-specific industries is a real plus.
